Duncan – was as gentle as they come. Sadly, not all adoptions always have the happy endings. PFT placed him with care into a nursing home believing he would be the right dog for their set-up. After one night in a hotel at PFT’s cost, 2 days on the road with no offer of a lunch or a thank you, Duncan was unable to cope with the amount of attention from the residents at the home. Management wanted him gone and PFT worked with one of the carers who found him a wonderful, calm and quiet new home up the road from her.
